"Glinda was my wife and I's "Personal Risk Manager." The level of service that was provided to us was beyond great; it was astoundingly good. Glinda was beyond thorough and explained everything in a way that could be understood. Even if something was unclear, she was more than willing to go back and make sure that we both understood what insurance plans we were signing up for, even providing multiple scenarios and examples. Saying I recommend this particular State Farm is an understatement. I give it 5 stars, all day long. Update **November 2024** - 6 years later and Amanda Hagood's office is better than ever. My wife and I had to sit down and do several updates to our homeowner's policies, life insurance policies, and even obtain commercial vehicle insurance. It was a laborious process, but Amanda and Rae were there, at a moments notice, to help along the way. Not to mention, while working on all of this, we were working through the claims process with Hurricane Helene and Rae was able to assist me at any point I hit a snag. 6 years later and if I could give 6/5 stars I would. Thanks State Farm!"
