"The worst customer service I have ever encountered with an insurance company. Cheyene is disrespectful and hung up on me. Rates increase arbitrarily and very often. Find any other company for your insurance needs. Dishonesty is the name of the game in this office."

You moved to another agent after I told you I do not tolerate abuse and tell my team to hang up when they are being verbally attacked. "I called with questions about a situation that occurred that morning. I was so frustrated honestly, but Cora assisted me with answering all of my questions, and even explaining more of my policy that I was not aware of. She was so empathetic to my situation and even shared a personal experience with me to arrive at a possible solution for my situation. At the end of the call I was relieved, we adjusted my deductibles accordingly and I felt better about any future issues that may come up.
